NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Chino Basin Water
Conservation District will hold a public hearing via Zoom Communications, Meeting
ID #98961622935, on August 9, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. to receive public input on district
boundaries and receive a report on the redistricting process and permissible criteria
to be considered to redraw District boundaries.
All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express their views on
this matter. Should you be unable to attend the public hearing, your comments must
be made in writing and delivered to the Senior Administrative Assistant prior to the
scheduled hearing date. If you have any questions, contact the Senior Administrative
Assistant via email at jmireles@cbwcd.org or contact the District office at (909) 626-
2711.
If you challenge this action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written
correspondence delivered to the District Board at, or prior to, the public hearing.
